WEX/Pro Search Open House at Pro Search, 70 Center Street, 3rd floor, Portland, ME

We are holding an Open House  from 2:00-6:00 pm, Tuesday, September 9th
We’re currently recruiting for multiple enthusiastic and service driven people to work with WEX, one of Maine’s premiere employers. These are temporary, long term/full time positions. The WEX call center, located in South Portland,  is a high volume, high service area where efficiency and accuracy are critical to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the organization.
The Customer Care Specialists answer customer inquiries via, telephone, chat and email while providing exceptional friendly and professional assistance.   A minimum of one year previous customer service experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality) and excellent communication skills is required.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Answering customer calls
• Email correspondence with customers
• Providing written and verbal resolutions to customer inquires

There are multiple shifts available and all are full time.  Shifts will include:

8am-5pm
9am-6pm
10am-7pm
11am-8pm
12noon-9pm
1pm-10pm

Occasional weekend shifts may be offered.
