Today it’s official. Pro Search, founded in Portland, Maine in 1994, is now an Employee Owned Company! All Pro Searchers are owners of the staffing and recruiting company that they built over the past 23 years. I will remain as President, and be working with our great team to continue our growth here in Maine. Our client employers and candidates/applicants won’t notice much of a difference in dealing with us, because our team has always put our firm’s reputation, and the best interest of our clients and temporary/contract employees, first. I am proud to work alongside these special people, and now call myself a co-worker. Our best days are yet to come. I would like to thank my team, as well as the many Maine employers and job seekers who have put their trust in me since 1994. Together we have built something truly special.
