Springing into Spring with ProSearch

Maybe it’s the idea that vaccines are becoming more readily available, or that the weather just keeps getting better and better, but our team at ProSearch is excited and optimistic about spring 2021.  

Our clients continue to partner with us as they build (and in some cases, rebuild) their teams. We haven’t seen this level of activity since 2019, and our temporary staffing group is seeing a record level of temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities. One look at our job board confirms that the range of career opportunities for job seekers looking to stay or relocate to Maine, has never been better. We all read about how hot the real estate market is in Maine, and the job market is just as hot. Our Auburn office continues to shine, and we appreciate the trust our clients and temporary/contract employees have shown as we go from being the “new folks in town” to having a real presence in the Lewiston/Auburn, Bath/Brunswick, and Augusta areas. Our expanded reach has turned out to be very timely for these areas and we are excited that we to add to our own team in order to respond to the needs of Maine’s employers.
