In this role, you won’t just maintain the building—you’ll help power the entire operation. From keeping critical systems running smoothly to setting the stage (literally) for company events, your work will make a direct impact every single day.
What You’ll Do
Facilities Maintenance

  • Stay ahead: Handle preventative maintenance to prevent issues before they start.
  • Tackle the unexpected: Troubleshoot small problems quickly and effectively.
  • Pitch in as needed: Assist with cleaning and janitorial tasks when required.
  • Be ready: Provide on-call support 24/7 for urgent issues.
Event Setup & Support
  • Bring events to life: Assemble, set up, and tear down tables, chairs, AV, and staging equipment.
  • Be a backstage hero: Ensure lighting, sound, and event logistics are flawless.
  • Clean transitions: Restore spaces after events so everything’s ready for the next big thing.
Team & Operations
  • Stay organized: Manage tools and supply inventory so the team’s always ready.
  • Collaborate with purpose: Work closely with event staff, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Put safety first: Ensure all work is done in line with safety protocols and company standards.
  • Act fast: Address urgent maintenance needs without missing a beat.
What You’ll Bring
  • A high school diploma and experience in facilities maintenance, general repairs, or similar roles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (and occasionally heavier)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
  • A team mindset with the independence to own your responsibilities
  • A sharp eye for detail, and the stamina to keep moving—indoors and out
Why Apply?
  • Be an essential part of a highly visible, behind-the-scenes team
  • Gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of systems and settings
  • Work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
  • Join a mission-driven organization where your work supports everyone’s success
