Part-Time Philanthropy Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations: track expenses, process invoices, maintain supplies, and coordinate internal meetings
- Provide donor and volunteer communication support through calls, emails, and mailings
- Assist with fundraising events: registration, logistics, communications, and raffle prize coordination
- Organize volunteer meetings, manage volunteer portal, and help with donor recognition efforts
- Provide Administrative support, as needed, to a busy team
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role required
- Ability to multitask and manage logistics with professionalism and attention to detail
- Team player who’s passionate about community impact and mental wellness
This position is temp-to-hire, meaning that is starts as a temporary position, but the goal is for you to become an employee of the organization
