Part Time Bookkeeper
The key job duties are to:
- Perform regular bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries.
- Code purchase and bank transactions for timely, quality reporting.
- Prepare client invoices
- Pay vendor invoices
- Collect information and prepare 1099 forms
- Manage and organize W9s, certificates of insurance, tax-exempt forms and other documentation from customers and vendors.
- Set up customers and projects in QuickBooks Online.
- Pull standard or custom reports from QuickBooks for management.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities as requested.
- Provide brief weekly updates on cash flow: payments received, invoices paid, next week’s outlook and state-of-the-books.
- QuickBooks Online.
- Google Suite, especially Sheets.
15-20hrs/wk. Hybrid schedule. $30+/hr, depending on experience.
