Technical Writer

Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain user and technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of logical documentation sequencing, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) testing to ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Oversee documentation libraries and promote standardization across processes.
  • Identify and address business and technical documentation gaps.
  • Manage and deploy documentation schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure LMS data accuracy through testing and validation.
  • Coordinate documentation efforts with team leads and stakeholders.
  • Track, manage, and resolve documentation-related issues and risks.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and quality assessments to improve documentation standards.
  • Communicate status updates and improvement measures effectively to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical writing, including SOPs and training materials.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation tools and online platforms.
  • Ability to test and validate LMS data accuracy.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to set and manage expectations for documentation deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
