As a Managed Services Engineer (Level 2-3), you'll be at the forefront of IT support, troubleshooting everything from routine tech issues to advanced infrastructure problems. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations for our customers, optimizing their IT environments, and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
What You'll Do:
- Provide support – provide phone and remote assistance, resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues.
- Manage service desk tickets – prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical requests with efficiency and expertise.
- Go beyond break-fix – proactively optimize customer environments and anticipate future needs.
- Collaborate and share knowledge – contribute to internal documentation and mentor team members.
- Tackle advanced challenges – serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues (Level 2 & 3), including network and server troubleshooting.
- Hands-on problem-solving – occasionally travel onsite to deliver top-notch support directly to clients.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Remote Desktop Services.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across various platforms.
- Experience working in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment is a big plus!
- Passion for customer service and high-quality IT support.
- Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team.
