Temporary Supply Chain Clerk
Job Title: Warehouse Supply Chain Clerk (Part-Time, Temporary)
Location: Stratham, NH
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supply Chain Clerk to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis to cover during a medical leave. The position involves receiving product deliveries, managing inventory, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup. You will work closely with our Director of Fulfillment in a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive product deliveries, including supplies for installations and products.
- Organize and put items into inventory or prepare specific orders for engineers.
- Pick and pack items, including shelving, small cords, and similar products.
- Ensure timely shipping of products, primarily in the afternoon.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Fulfillment, the only other team member in the warehouse.
Schedule & Commitment:
- Temporary role, expected duration of 2-3 months.
- Part-time schedule, 20-25 hours per week.
- Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 12:30 PM.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with coworkers
- Must pass a background check and sign an NDA due to access to patented products.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain role is a plus but not required.
