Help Desk Analyst
Location: Onsite – Bismarck, ND
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and providing top-tier customer support? Join our client’s team as a Help Desk Analyst, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting hardware, software, and computing systems within a large, multi-platform environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, and specialized software applications.
  • Use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to monitor, test, and automate processes across the enterprise environment.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and document hardware/software configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Deliver end-user training on operating systems, Microsoft Office productivity tools, devices, and remote accessibility.
  • Respond to incidents and work requests submitted via the customer support center, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain clear and organized technical documentation for all computing systems.
  • Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing technical support in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service expertise, with the ability to support users at all levels and effectively translate technical solutions into user-friendly language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certifications in hardware, operating systems, or Microsoft Office applications.
