Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, and specialized software applications.
- Use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to monitor, test, and automate processes across the enterprise environment.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and document hardware/software configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Deliver end-user training on operating systems, Microsoft Office productivity tools, devices, and remote accessibility.
- Respond to incidents and work requests submitted via the customer support center, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain clear and organized technical documentation for all computing systems.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users.

- Experience providing technical support in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer service expertise, with the ability to support users at all levels and effectively translate technical solutions into user-friendly language.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high attention to detail.
