Westbrook non-profit is seeking a temporary Program Coordinatorl to join their busy team for a 3+ month assignment, working 32-40 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare office experience looking to contribute to impactful projects while keeping their skills sharp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export reports to support team objectives
  • Convert Word documents to PDF for streamlined processes
  • Review reports to identify patterns or gaps in service
  • Manage office supply orders
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare office environment or knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work onsite in Westbrook for training, with hybrid flexibility after onboarding

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • $22-23/hour
