Portland healthcare organization, with a focus on patient care quality and safety very seriously, is looking for a temporary patient service rep to join their team. This position will be responsible for taking and assessing incoming calls, entering patient information into the system and providing leaders with detailed information regarding calls. This position requires excellent listening skills, empathy, and the ability to multi-task being on the phone and data entry. If you are a process driven individual with good computer skills and exceptional customer service skills, this may be a great opporutnity for you. Prior experience working within healthcare would be helpful, but not required. Monday-Friday, 8-4:30 onsite in Portland. 3+ months. Parking provided. Immediate need!
