Systems Analyst
Job Type: Hybrid – Travel to Bangor and Freeport required intermittently

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Systems Analyst with experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and UAT testing. The ideal candidate should be adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical staff and possess strong knowledge of MS Power Platform. This role will focus on analyzing user needs, improving existing systems, and supporting both technical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business objectives, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions while performing cost/benefit analysis.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational procedures, identify issues, and specify input/output needs for improved processing.
  • Develop detailed user requirements and program specifications for system modifications or development.
  • Review system capabilities and limitations, ensuring program changes align with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting support, and external information sharing within a customer service setting.
  • Manage technical and support requirements related to hardware, office equipment, and system installations.
  • Prepare flowcharts, tables, and documentation for effective system design and implementation.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications while ensuring secure and efficient system processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process automation and improvement.
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent judgment and independence in carrying out tasks.
