Our client, who provides solutions including voice and data cabling, business telephone systems, data networking and video conferencing services, is seeking to add an Avaya/Network Technician to their growing team. This Direct Hire role will need the following:
Extensive expertise in Communication Manager, System Manager, Session Manager, Aura Messaging, Session Border Controller, Device Services, Diagnostic Services., G450/430s, Media-Servers and remote worker solutions.
Well-versed in IX Workplace and other SIP-related soft clients as well as Physical Devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration utilizing Direct Routing to Avaya SBC.
Strong knowledge of most Linux distributions.
In-depth knowledge of SIP, PRI, and TCP/IP protocols.
Excellent programming and troubleshooting skills, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Investigate and resolve network issues related to Avaya systems, including call quality, connectivity, and performance problems.
Monitor performance and proactively address potential issues or bottlenecks.
