QA Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Duration: 3 Years (Through June 30, 2027, with a possibility of extension)

Overview:
Job Service Our client is seeking an experienced QA Analyst with expertise in data migration to support their Modernization Project. This multi-year initiative aims to modernize their system. You will collaborate closely with the QA Manager, ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of migrated data in alignment with project goals.
  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and repeatable scripts that comply with established standards.
  • Create and maintain QA artifacts to support ongoing testing efforts.
  • Execute testing at various levels: functional, integration, acceptance, and regression.
  • Document software defects and verify their resolution.
  • Participate in product design reviews, providing insights on functional requirements, schedules, and risk management.
  • Select and evaluate QA testing tools and methodologies to fit the project's unique requirements.
  • Address QA-related issues within the project and ensure adherence to QA testing standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of QA testing plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy in all test scripts and documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data migration QA processes.
  • Experience managing QA for large-scale projects with budgets of $10M or more.
  • Managed QA for IT projects with a budget of at least $3M.
  • Proficiency in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle process of quality management.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
  • Skilled in documenting processes clearly and effectively.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to a rapidly changing technology landscape.
