Temporary Business Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid (4 days remote, Wednesdays onsite Westbrook)
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Are you detail-oriented with prior experience in Excel? Our client is looking for a Temporary Business Support Specialist to provide support for their contract billing team.  This role includes handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting billing set up issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re a problem solver with good customer service skills, this is a great opportunity!

Key Skills:

  • Excel Proficiency: Capable of performing basic to intermediate functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting).
  • Attention to Detail
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong deductive reasoning to resolve issues efficiently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with big data and data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience Level: Entry (1-3 years)
Pay: $22-24/hr
