Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Lewiston, ME
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Pay: $20/hr

Looking for a role where you can make a difference? Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. You’ll be supporting a community residence in a warm, friendly office environment. This is your chance to be a key player in keeping the property running efficiently, and connecting with residents in order to make a positive impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, managing correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
  • Interact with residents with a smile, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Keep records and files organized and up to date
  • Assist with property management tasks as needed
