Overview: Join our client's team as a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 technical support for their enterprise applications and infrastructure. This is a short-term, urgent project to support increased user volume for the upcoming fall season. You’ll work remotely, assisting with various IT-related tasks, including installations, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows products and email migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for both desktop and laptop computers.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and IT teams on project-based tasks and policy recommendations.
- Support labs by demonstrating the use of hardware/software and creating technical documentation.
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Helpdesk Support
- Windows Products (10 or 11)
- Email Migration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop imaging, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage computer lab projects and replacement cycles.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to perform remote installations and support users via Microsoft Teams.
Equipment & Requirements:
- Must have your own Windows 10 or 11 computer and smartphone.
- Speed test results of at least 100 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload from your work location.
- Microsoft A5 license with a Teams phone number will be provided for call handling.
