Join the Cyber & Information Security team as a Delinea Subject Matter Expert (SME)! Support an exciting migration project. Be the expert guiding clients, internal teams, and stakeholders in implementing, managing, and optimizing Delinea’s security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise and Consultation:
- Serve as the primary contact for all Delinea-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide expert advice on the implementation, configuration, and management of Delinea products.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Stay updated on Delinea’s product offerings and updates.
Implementation and Management:
- Lead the deployment of Delinea solutions for clients.
- Ensure configurations and customizations meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor and manage the performance and security of Delinea installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Delinea products.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for clients and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of Delinea solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving the implementation and management of Delinea solutions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
- Contribute to developing internal processes and standards for Delinea product use.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, focusing on Delinea products.
- Extensive knowledge of Delinea’s product suite.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with training and documentation development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
